Program Offerings

I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes. As these pieces accumulate, clients find these changes collectively create a much larger impact than anticipated. We work on what you want to improve within your unique situation. Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.


six month Individual program

Together we will connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be, decipher your body’s unique needs, set your personal goals, and work toward sustainable change. You will get two, 50 minute sessions per month (in person or virtually), email support between sessions, simple healthy recipes, and handouts specific to your needs and goals, starting at $75.

six month GROUP program

A small group community, we will work together on similar health goals, focusing on sustainable lifestyle change. The group meets twice per month for 75 minutes. You will receive online group support, individual email and/or phone support between sessions, simple healthy recipes, and handouts specific to the group’s health focus, starting at $50.

supermarket tour

We will meet at a local supermarket, deconstruct ingredients and labels, and explore the store with goal focused lenses. Based on your bio-individuality, we will find options that support your health goals, 1 hour, starting at $75.

pantry/fridge Makeover

We will meet in your kitchen to assess pantry and refrigerator items, examine labels, and discover trends in your purchasing. We will develop realistic goals and actionable items that reinforce your health goals, 1 hour, starting at $75.

cooking class

Hands on cooking demonstrations that use fresh, whole, unprocessed foods to create delicious meals to keep you healthy on your wellness journey, 2 hours, starting at $95.
